In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40, the BOSTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION will hold a public hearing in Boston City Hall's Albert L. O'Neil Room 801 on Wednesday, May 7, 2008 to review the following projects to determine what conditions, if any, the Commission will impose in order to protect the interests of the public and private water supply, ground water, prevention of pollution, flood control, prevention of storm damage, protection of fisheries and land containing shellfish, and protection of wildlife habitat:

Request for Determination of Applicability from Solmon Chowdhury for the reconstruction of a single family home at 30 Fulton Street, Neponset River, Hyde Park (100-foot Buffer Zone to Inland Bank).
6:15 PM
Request for Determination of Applicability from the Neponset River Watershed Association for a Purple loosestrife biological control project at Fowl Meadow, Neponset River, Hyde Park, (Bordering Vegetated Wetland).
6:30 PM
Request for Determination of Applicability from the Massachusetts Audubon Society for a Purple loosestrife biological control project at the Boston Nature Center, Canterbury Brook, Mattapan (Bordering Vegetated Wetland).
6:45 PM
Request for Determination of Applicability from PUMA North America, Inc., for the temporary installation of a float and ramp within Fan Pier Cove, 100 Northern Avenue, Boston Inner Harbor, South Boston (Land Under Ocean).
7:00 PM
Notice of Intent from Fan Pier Development, LLC, for the development of the Fan Pier – Phase II waterfront facilities, including the rehabilitation of an existing seawall, construction of a Harborwalk Pier and installation of a wave attenuator, marina float docks and anchors for med-moor boat slips, at 28-52 Northern Avenue, Boston Inner Harbor, South Boston (Land Under Ocean, Coastal Bank).
7:15 PM
Notice of Intent from Robert Elder Associates for the construction of a waterfront walkway to connect existing sections of Harborwalk at the South Boston Federal Express facility and adjacent NSTAR property, 775 Summer Street, Reserved Channel, South Boston (100-foot Buffer Zone to Coastal Bank).
7:30 PM
Notice of Intent from the Island Alliance for the construction of a wood deck changing area, rinsing station and storage shed at Spectacle Island, Boston Harbor (100-foot Buffer Zone to Barrier Beach).
7:45 PM
Notice of Intent from the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation for the replacement of two existing stormwater outfalls and associated piping along the Muddy River and The Fenway, Back Bay Fens (Bordering Land Subject to Flooding, Riverfront Area, Inland Bank, 100-foot Buffer Zone).
8:00 PM
Enforcement Order issued to Perry M. Boudreau for the alteration of wetland resource areas in violation of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, at 479 Meridian Street, East Boston.
