Boston Air Pollution Control Commission
The APCC holds hearings as required, approximately quarterly. All hearings are held in Boston City Hall and are open to the public. All interested parties are welcome to testify. Permit applications and supporting materials are available in the Environment Department offices for review by the public.

Applications for permits under the Downtown and South Boston parking freezes must be submitted at least 60 days prior to a hearing.

  • Wednesday, December 10, 2008
All hearings will be held at 2 p.m. in Boston City Hall, Room 900 (BRA Boardroom)
