Also available for your use is a personal size File of Life, which you can carry in a wallet or purse for lifesaving information outside the home.
This information includes:
- Medications that you take
- Allergies you have
- Your Medical Conditions
- Your Blood Type
- Emergency Contact Information
- Your Physician's Name
- Your Preferred Hospital
Boston EMS is available to conduct presentations about the program to groups upon request.
