  3. AM/FM Radio and fresh batteries

  4. Flashlight with fresh batteries

  5. Rain ponchos

  6. Keys to house

  7. Toiletries and personal items

  8. First aid supplies

  9. Several changes of clothes

  10. Important documents (passport etc)

  11. Extra medication

  12. Specialty items as needed for babies, elderly and pets

  13. Cash

  14. Extra charger for cell phone and power cord for lap top computer
