The Mei Mei Group operates food trucks in Boston and purchases 100% of their fruits, veggies, herbs, dairy, and meat locally. They use compostable and biodegradable take out containers and volunteer with The Food Project to offer healthy meals. Soon Mei Mei will be opening their first brick and mortar location and will lead the way on making that a sustainable and delicious business.
