COMMERCIAL LAND PROGRAM

376-376B Blue Hill Avenue, 378 Blue Hill Avenue, 380 Blue Hill Avenue, 382-382A Blue Hill Avenue & 384-384A Blue Hill Avenue

 Dorchester, Massachusetts

The City of Boston acting by and through its Public Facilities Commission by the Director of the Department of Neighborhood Development, Real Estate Management and Sales Division, sells tax foreclosed or surplus municipal property to buyers who agree to invest in the rehabilitation of the property.  Residential, commercial and institutional buildings and land are included in this program. 

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is soliciting proposals to purchase, redevelop and maintain the properties.  These properties are being offered, “as is” and MUST be purchased together.

The entire site, totaling approximately 11,475 square feet is intended for sale by the City pursuant to the RFP.     

The Properties are:

376-376B Blue Hill Avenue  - Ward 14, Parcel # 00507000 - approx 2,295 square feet
378 Blue Hill Avenue  - Ward 14, Parcel # 00506000 - approx 2,295 square feet
380 Blue Hill Avenue - Ward 14, Parcel # 00505000 - approx 2,295 square feet
382-382A Blue Hill Avenue - Ward 14, Parcel # 00504000 - approx 2,295 square feet
384-384A Blue Hill Avenue - Ward 14, Parcel # 00503000 - approx 2,295 square feet


The RFP proposal package will be available on October 5, 2009 at DND, Bid Counter, 26 Court Street, 10th Floor, Boston, MA 02108.  Completed proposal forms must be submitted as instructed and delivered directly to the Bid Counter, 10th Floor, DND, 26 Court Street, Boston, MA 02108 by January 11, 2010, no later than 4:00 PM.  Late Proposals will not be accepted.  For more information about this Request for Proposals contact Christopher Rooney, Project Manager at (617) 635-0493.
