REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
COMMERCIAL LAND PROGRAM
19 Intervale Street, 23 Intervale Street & 25 Intervale Street

The City of Boston acting by and through its Public Facilities Commission by the Director of the Department of Neighborhood Development, Real Estate Management and Sales Division, sells tax foreclosed or surplus municipal property to buyers who agree to invest in the rehabilitation of the property. Residential, commercial and institutional buildings and land are included in this program.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is soliciting proposals to purchase, redevelop and maintain the properties. These properties are being offered, “as is” and MUST be purchased together.
The entire site, totaling approximately 8,558 square feet is intended for sale by the City pursuant to the RFP.
The Properties are:
19 Intervale Street (Ward 12, Parcel # 02662-000), approx 2,798 square feet
23 Intervale Street (Ward 12, Parcel # 02664-000), approx 2,880 square feet
25 Intervale Street (Ward 12, Parcel # 02665-000), approx 2,880 square feet
The RFP proposal package will be available on October 5, 2009 at DND, Bid Counter, 26 Court Street, 10th Floor, Boston, MA 02108. Completed proposal forms must be submitted as instructed and delivered directly to the Bid Counter, 10th Floor, DND, 26 Court Street, Boston, MA 02108 by January 11, 2010, no later than 4:00 PM.
