The City of Boston, acting by and through its Public Facilities Commission by the Director of the Department of Neighborhood Development, Real Estate Management and Sale Division, sells tax-foreclosed or surplus municipal property to buyers who agree to invest in the rehabilitation of the property.  Residential, commercial and institutional buildings are included in this program.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is soliciting proposals for development of 726 Blue Hill Avenue, and vacant land located at 756 Blue Hill Avenue for commercial use. The property intended for sale by the City must be purchased as a whole pursuant to this RFP.
