The Clearinghouse

Real Estate Management and Sales’ Clearinghouse oversees the City’s inventory of tax-foreclosed and surplus property. Residents may contact the Clearinghouse for information about the City’s disposition process for land and buildings, including site-finding assistance for individuals or organizations interested in temporary use of City-owned property.

• View all City-owned land and buildings in our Property Inventory. Residents may sign up to receive notification when a particular property is advertised for disposition by submitting an Expression of Interest to the Clearinghouse. To submit an Expression of Interest, go to the Inventory, locate the property you are interested in, click on view, and then click on Expression of Interest.

• View all properties currently available through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
