This website has been developed to make it easy for the public to be more fully informed about all active real estate disposition projects undertaken by the Department of Neighborhood Development. It also provides an online mechanism for residents to offer their opinions about any of DND's active real estate disposition projects.
HOW DOES DND SELL ITS REAL ESTATE?
DND never auctions off its properties. For parcels that are potentially suitable for development, including open space development, DND first works with area residents to identify suitable development options for the property. DND then offers the property through a process called a Request For Proposals (“RFP”). Learn more
FIND OUT MORE
Active Projects contains information about all DND properties that are currently active, ranging from those that are still in the development planning phase with the community to those that are completing construction. Have you received a notification from DND or seen a sign about a planned property sale? Use the Active Projects page to find out what is happening with the property you are interested in.
Community Comments.
The opinions of area residents, businesses, and community groups help guide DND’s real estate development decisions. The Community Comments Page makes it easy for you to voice your opinion, even if you can’t attend a community meeting.
