Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Reports (CAPER)

At the end of each fiscal year, the City prepares a CAPER report to provide information to members of the public and to HUD about the year’s program accomplishments.

CAPER Reports

Draft CAPER 2013 Program Year:  The City of Boston invites comments on its Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Program Year 2013, covering the period from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014.  The CAPER provides a summary of how the funds the City received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) were used to carry out the housing and community development activities outlined in the City’s Action Plan and what was accomplished during the program year.

This 15-day comment period ends on September 29, 2014.
