Action Plan

Each year, Boston is required to submit an Action Plan indicating how the City plans to use the funds it will receive from HUD to address the priority needs identified in the Consolidated Plan. The Action Plan constitutes the City's application to HUD for its Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Initiative (HOME), Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding allocations.
