The Homeowner Services Division (HOS) offers Boston's homeowners an array of programs to help renovate their homes, purchase/rehabilitate "fixer-uppers," and upgrade condominiums in one to four family properties. In addition HOS has a series of programs designed to meet the particular needs of Boston's elder homeowners, as well as programs to mitigate the effects of lead-based paint hazards in Boston's older housing stock.
