- Protecting Your Investment
- Personal Financial Management
- Landlord Training/Lead Paint
- Help for Condo Owners
Graduates will be eligible for discounts through MAHA’s HomeSafe program. See below for more information on HomeSafe.
The Homeowner 201 & 202 courses are six-hour classes, generally held in three sessions. Schedules are available by calling MAHA 617-265-8995 or visit: www.mahahome.org
. This class is required for those who have received financial assistance through the Boston Home Certificate Initiative.
