Preventing Foreclosure Seminars

Attend this FREE seminar if you are having trouble making your mortgage payments or your lender has filed a foreclosure notice. ACT NOW! Don't lose valuable time. Come to our seminar to learn what steps you can take to prevent a foreclosure.

Topics covered:
  • An understanding of how foreclosures work
  • Options to help you avoid foreclosure
  • How to establish realistic objectives
  • Tips to avoid scams and fraud
Beware of scams. Homeowners who have fallen behind on their mortgage payments and face the prospect of losing their homes are in danger of being targeted by foreclosure rescue scammers who search the legal notices filed by lenders as the first step to foreclosure. Important tips:
  • Be suspicious of assistance programs that "guarantee" to save your home or make other promises that sound too good to be true.
  • Talk to someone you trust who isn't going to make any money from the deal.
  • Seek the help of a counselor in our program.
