Provides information to landlords and tenants regarding their rights and responsibilities under the law, and answers questions on any rental housing matter,
Publishes a free informational guide for landlords and tenants, entitled The Good Neighbors Handbook, which helps landlords and tenants understand and comply with the complex landlord/tenant laws, and
Educates landlords and tenants about rental housing matters through seminars and community meetings.
