Informational Workshop

If you own and occupy a condominium unit or 1-4 family
home in Boston, the Boston Home Center can help with your next
home improvement project.

The Informational Workshop for HomeWorks Grants and Loans will introduce you to our services.

We offer:

  • Conditional grants up to $5,000;
  • Loans up to $10,000 for emergency repairs with l
    0% interest and deferred payments;
  • Citizens Bank 1% APR loan up to $10,000;
  • Free cost estimates and guidelines for selecting
    contractors;
  • Step-by-step guidance throughout your project;
  • Free home improvement workshops;
  • Foreclosure Prevention Information;
  • Funding for lead paint abatement;
  • Emergency and low cost minor repair assistance
  • for seniors.
