HeatWorks Plus
 


HeatWorks Plus is a program offered by the Department of Neighborhood Development in partnership with National Grid and Action for Boston Community Development (ABCD) and The Boston Foundation.

What are the benefits?

  • Grants up to $5,000 and/or 0% interest deferred loans for:
  • Replacement of older or inefficient heating systems
  • Weatherization / Insulation
  • Home Energy Audits
Who is eligible?

  • Boston homeowners who have children six years old and younger living in their home.
  • Owner-occupant of a residential 1-4 family property.
  • Household income does not exceed 80% of median income as determined by HUD.
  • Other restrictions apply.
