What are the benefits? Grants up to $5,000 and/or 0% interest deferred loans for: Replacement of older or inefficient heating systems Weatherization / Insulation Home Energy Audits Who is eligible? Boston homeowners who have children six years old and younger living in their home. Owner-occupant of a residential 1-4 family property. Household income does not exceed 80% of median income as determined by HUD. Other restrictions apply. How do I apply and What happens next?
