Hardship Letter - A letter used to support a client's application to their mortgage lender requesting a revised payment plan
IRS FORM 982 - Reduction of Tax Attributes Due to Discharge of Indebtedness (and Section 1082 Basis Adjustment) - A federal tax form to be completed by a client that indicates a mortgage change or foreclosure
Notice of Intent to Sell Form (Re-Sale Process for Homeowners) - This form should be filled out when you are ready to sell property developed or built with funding from the City of Boston's Public Facilities Department or Department of Neighborhood Development
Registration Application of Vacant/Foreclosed Properties - The Inspectional Services Department's online form to register a property that is vacant, slated to foreclose, or has been foreclosed upon, as required by city ordinance
