If you are interested in buying a home in Boston and you are looking for help with the financing, then take advantage of the Boston Home Center's Financial Assistance Workshop. This class is a great opportunity to find out about the resources and services available to help you purchase a home.

Among other things, you'll learn about Cash-to-Close, through which downpayment and closing cost assistance is offered to qualified first time homebuyers; Cash-to-Close LIMITED, a program that provides downpayment assistance of up to $25,000 to qualified buyers of foreclosed properties within designated areas of the City, as well a series of other financial assistance programs and services offered by the Boston Home Center.
