The following projects are no longer accepting proposals and are now being competitively evaluated and brought to the community for final approval:

Gleason Street 

The following projects are now accepting proposals. You can download a copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) by registering at http://www.cityofboston.gov/dnd/rfp . The RFP package will also be available at the Department of Neighborhood Development, Bid Counter, 26 Court Street, 10th Floor, Boston, MA  02108 (Monday—Friday from 9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM).         

 Maywood Street

The following projects have started their community planning phase but have not yet been put on the market. Click on the Project Name to link to the DND's Real Estate website where you can find out more about the current status of a project and you can also sign up to provide public comment on the project.

FOR WOULD-BE HOMEBUYERS

If you think you might be interested in buying one of these homes when complete, your best option is to sign up for a homebuyer class through the Boston Home Center. Builders in this program will be offered the opportunity to pre-marker their properties to qualified Boston Home Center clients.
