May 30, 2008 Commercial Land Program - Round III with ADDENDUM

The Requests for Proposals for Property Disposition listed above contain information about

  • the specific dates that the packages are available
  • the dates of site viewings (if any)
  • and the date that such proposals are due.

This information is taken from the initial public advertisements required by Mass. General Laws, Chapter 30B. Users of this information should note that addendums to the initial advertisements are occasionally issued for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to, the addition or rescheduling of a date for a site viewing or an extension of the date by which a proposal may be submitted.

While the Department of Neighborhood Development strives to add such addendums to this site in a timely manner, potential applicants should contact the Project Manager listed for the specific Request for Proposals or call the Property Clearinghouse at 635-4191 to check whether an addendum has been issued for a particular package. Potential applicants who have requested an application package from the Department of Neighborhood Development Bid Counter will automatically be sent any and all addendums that relate to the particular proposal package.

The Department of Neighborhood Development shall not be responsible for any loss, harm, or other consequences to any person or party who uses this information as a basis for any actions, decisions or plans - financial or otherwise.
