The Clearinghouse

The Clearinghouse provides information on tax-foreclosed and surplus property to interested parties. The unit provides notification to interested parties when property is advertised for disposition. The Clearinghouse also provides information on the DND disposition programs and how to access them.

Clearinghouse provides a site-finder service for individuals / organizations seeking to locate/purchase/license a City-owned property.

  • Clearinghouse issues licenses for temporary use of City of Boston property.
