The Boston Rental Housing Center:
- Mediates housing-related disputes, free of charge. The RHRC has helped to resolve hundreds of landlord-tenant disputes in a non-threatening and non-partisan atmosphere.
- Provides information to landlords and tenants regarding their rights and responsibilities under the law, and answers questions on any rental housing matter.
- Publishes a free informational guide for landlords and tenants, entitled The Good Neighbors Handbook, which helps landlords and tenants understand and comply with the complex landlord/tenant laws. To view it online, click on "Good Neighbors Handbook" to the left.
- Educates landlords and tenants about rental housing matters through seminars and community meetings.
The Boston Rental Housing Center is located on the first floor of 26 Court Street.
