Neighborhood Housing Development
Neighborhood Housing Development (NHD) works with non-profit and for-profit partners to develop and preserve affordable housing and create neighborhood open spaces. NHD seeks to enhance neighborhoods by renovating abandoned properties and providing housing and services for Boston's most vulnerable residents.

 



Neighborhood Housing Programs - programs that provide homeownership and rental opportunitives, support housing, and housing services.

Boston Rental Housing Center provides advice, information, and assistance to Boston landlords and tenants who have problems or questions about rental housing issues

Ending Homelessness in Boston - a comprehensive homeless housing strategy that starts with homelessness prevention, continues to emergency shelter, then transitional housing and ends with permanent and supportive housing.

Affordable Green Housing - DND has 'greened' its affordable housing program, recognizing that developments in our neighborhoods should reflect the benefits of green building.
