Topacio is a Latin American restaurant with great food and great service. Owned and operated by Carlos Lopez, Topacio opened for business over 15 years ago and have been a favorite in the East Boston neighborhood.  One patron said “Definitely do not miss out on the pupusas-- authentic, inexpensive, and delicious. The cabbage and salsa add freshness to the warm thick tortillas filled with beans and cheese, so be sure to add the sides on top! I also ordered a refreshing horchata that was perfection!” Another said, “The tacos are probably the best I have had anywhere. Carnitas, fresh avocado wedge, cream cheese, fresh cilantro, fresh onion, tomato, on a doubled up fresh toasted corn tortilla. Damn, I am hungry.”
