On March 30, 2009, Mayor Thomas M. Menino announced the members of the Boston Climate Action Leadership Committee, a 22-member group representing the great diversity of our local community. They are charged with charting Boston's collective response to climate change. Mayor Menino has asked the Leadership Committee to tackle the following tasks within 1 year:
The Leadership Committee will meet six times in the coming year, and will be supported by a Technical Advisory Panel and a Community Advisory Committee
The Boston Climate Action Leadership Committee is supported by grants from the Barr Foundation and The Boston Foundation, with facilitation, coordination, and consulting support from Raab Associates, Ltd., Interaction Institute for Social Change, and CLF Ventures.
