The Office of Civil Rights has been successful in promoting equal access to housing, public services, accommodations, and participation in activities in the City. Over the next year, OCR will substantially increase its education and outreach efforts to educate residents and newcomers about their civil and human rights and to articulate a broader vision of openness, access, and mutual respect amongst the people of the City.
