| Presidential Committee on Council Centennial, which shall concern itself with research on the history of the City Council from 1910 until present and the development of programming to promote and celebrate the activities and accomplishments on the occasion of its centennial year in 2009. The committee shall also report on the council’s historical structure and operations and, by comparison with other major cities, make recommendations for a stronger and more effective body. |
