Massachusetts Gaming Commission Legislation & Public Filings

As a result of a filing requirement in the legislation for the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, Chapter 23K, Section 47, a Report of Contributions from Gaming License Applicants must be filed with the City Clerk’s Office on two occasions as follows: on or before July 15 covering the period of January 1 through June 30 of the current year and on or before January 15 covering the period of July 1 through December 31 of the preceding year.
