The matters contained within the Consent Agenda were severally adopted.
Adjourned at 1:58 p.m. on motion of President Ross in memory of Howard Zinn, Peter Flinn, Gertrude King, Walter Bowe, Doris Holmes, Monica Gill, Hector Fabia Salazar Villa and Pedro Blas Pirez Capo, to meet again on Wednesday February 10, 2010 at 12:00 p.m.
