Councilor Yancey offered the following: Resolution in memory of Hugh Morgan Hill, Ph.D. (Brother Blue). The matters contained within the Consent Agenda were severally adopted. Adjourned at 1:45 p.m. on motion of President Ross in memory of Jean M. Rooney, Theocharis “Harry” Vasiliades, Delia Connolly, Ronnie Whiteside, John Flaherty, Manny Valle, Patricia Maher, Joseph McGonagle, Donald Woodside, Councilor Tobin’s Grandfather Philip C. Freeman, Hugh Morgan Hill (Brother Blue), Barbara Maze, Frank Fabiano, Jean Archambeau and with well wishes to the Mayor on his recovery from surgery, Happy Birthday wishes to Amanda and Anthony Consalvo and Councilor Feeney’s husband and Larry and Shariff Yancey, to meet again on Wednesday December 2, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. The papers acted upon at the foregoing meeting of the City Council, which contain action requiring the approval of the Mayor, were deposited in the Mayor’s Office on November 20, 2009.
