1. Apply for & file a Marriage Intention with the City's Registry Division.
2. After filing a Marriage Intention, there is a three (3) day waiting period before you can pick up your Marriage License.
3. Once you have your license, you must bring it to the officiant who may perform the ceremony.
Wedding Ceremonies take place at City Hall in Room 601. You may contat the Office of the City Clerk to schedule an appointment with the Justice of the Peace who will perform your wedding ceremony.
If one of the parties does not speak English, you have the option to bring someone with you who can translate the wedding ceremony. Prior to your appointment, you may also inform our office if there is a need for an interpreter and arrangements can be made to have an interpreter available to translate the wedding ceremony at no additional cost

Wedding Ceremony: $60.00 (cash only)
Service Fee: $15.00 (cash only)
*Late Fee: $25.00 (cash only, if applicable)
Please Note: Effective June 18, 2012, the fee to perform the wedding ceremony is $60.00 plus a $15.00 City service fee for a total of $75.00. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, there will be an additional $25.00 late fee assessed.
