||On the same day the world celebrates the opening ceremony for the 2012 summer games, local youth will get into the Olympic spirit and enjoy some friendly competition in basketball, sprinting, and other activities. As part of Mayor Thomas M. Menino's ambitious initiative to improve the health and wellness of the city, the Boston Public Health Commission and Boston Centers for Youth & Families (BCYF) will host the Boston Moves for Health Olympics for summer camp participants age 6-13 and Youth Fund teens at the BCYF Tobin Community Center.
