Activities and Outcomes

Youth Options Unlimited provides three main areas of services to court-involved youth:
  • Intake, assessment, and case management
  • On-site (or referral to) Alternative Education program (GED or Diploma)
  • Employment Services - including YOU's transitional employment programs which provide direct stipends to participants for community service work as well as preparation for and placement into unsubsidized, private sector employment

  • 75% identify themselves as gang-involved or affiliated
    65% test at 6th grade or below reading levels at intake
