This Crossroads is a corridor for significant new development, linking established and emerging neighborhoods: the Financial District, the Wharf District and Greenway to the Fort Point Channel and the South Boston Waterfront. The historic Old Northern Avenue Bridge carries a emergent Crossroads from the Moakley Courthouse and the developing South Boston Waterfront across the Fort Point Channel, past the New Center for Arts and Culture and into heart of the Financial District.
