The technical feasibility study tested the Crossroads concepts against state the neighborhood context and current condition of each of the twelve streets. The feasibility study investigated the existing conditions on each Crossroad and established a framework for Crossroads improvements.
• Refine the Crossroads concept in response to observations
• Collect data on traffic, urban context, repair, sub-surface conditions and conduct coordinated analyses across disciplines and departments to ensure that the project has a practical basis
OUTCOME:
1) Informed concept plan for each street
2) Cost estimate for each block of each street
