Broad Street runs from State Street to Surface Artery Southbound, bending slightly at Milk Street. The street width is approximately 70' from building face to building face at State Street, and slowly tapers to approximately 51' of width at the Surface Artery.

The design consultant team has studied the existing parking and curb usage along Broad Street.
