< Back Dan Scherlis                  CEO, Etherplay Dan was CEO of massively-multiplayer game developer Turbine during its initial 5 years, serving as producer of Turbine's Asheron's Call, published by Microsoft. He was then founding Content Director of a new mobile-games venture within telecom giant Comverse. Dan has advised or consulted to online-content and online-community ventures. He proposed and led game-publishing initiative for Papyrus Design Group, where Dan produced IndyCar Racing.  Before joining Turbine, Dan was New Content Director for Ziff/AT&T's Interchange Online Network.
