Massachusetts residents are now required to have health insurance. If you have private health insurance, your provider will send you a copy of Form 1099-HC in the mail. Please bring this form with you to the tax site. If you have goverment sponsored health insurance, such as MassHealth, Commonwealth Care, or Medicaid, you do not have to bring documentation. However, when your tax return is submitted to the IRS, the IRS will need to verify your information.

Spearheaded by the Office of Mayor Thomas Menino and with over twenty non-profit, corporate, and community partners, the Campaign has provided low- and moderate-income taxpayers with free financial services since 2001.
