Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development The Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development site provides information on affordable homeownership and rental opportunities in the private sector. The Boston Home Center The BRA's sister City agency, the Department of Neighborhood Development ("DND"), is also committed to creating affordable housing in the City of Boston. DND and its Boston Home Center provide affordable opportunities, homebuyer assistance and other housing services with the use of public resources.
