9 members appointed by the Mayor. 5 members must be BHA tenants appointed from a list of not less than 20 names. 4 appointees who are not BHA tenants shall be selected by the Mayor and are subject to City Council confirmation. Nominees should be experienced in but not limited to, the following areas: public health, public safety, legal advocacy for low-income tenants, public accounting, property management or development and organized labor. Term runs 2 years with the term of the City Council.
