The Task Force on the Future of the Strand Theatre, appointed by Mayor Thomas M. Menino, has issued its report and recommendations to the city. The Mayor created this special task force to develop a vision and recommendations for the selection of new management for the historic theater in Upham's Corner, Dorchester.
