Taxi complaint and lost property form

If you've had a problem in a taxi, or if you've lost something in a taxi, you can use this form to record a complaint or inquire if the property was turned in.

For Lost Property we also recommend that you contact the Massachusetts State Police/Logan Airport at (617) 567-2233

If you have made a complaint, or if we have your property, we will contact you via telephone or e-mail within 10 business days.

We will not contact you for lost property unless we have located it.

During the week, between 8:30am - 4pm, you can contact the Hackney Unit directly at (617) 343-4475 for further inquiry.
