Property Data Viewer
The property viewer allows you to zoom in on a specific parcel to find Assessing Department information on property ownership, building and land valuation, lot size and more.

City of Boston Launches GIS Data Hub
Through this application, residents can see what service issues neighbors have reported in their community; mapmakers can download GIS layers; and anyone can browse through and print out maps from the City's map gallery. Launched with a core set of frequently requested information, the City's DoIT Department plans to use this application as a foundation for additional maps and data sets over time.

Solar Boston Interactive Map
The Solar Boston map allows you to see active renewable energy installations within the City, and to calculate the solar potential of building rooftops. The map was created by the Boston Redevelopment Authority in cooperation with the Solar Boston program.

Neighborhood Data Viewer
Get to know your community using our neighborhood data tool. Through this tool you can find your local polling place and locate local city services such as the nearest library, health center, community center and more.

Capital Project Data Viewer
View the projects in the five-year capital plan of Boston. Search by neighborhood, department or status and receive a description of the budget and planned work. Please note, not all projects in the plan can be mapped at this time including street improvements, equipment, and some city-wide projects.

BRA Article 80 Viewer
The Article 80 Project Viewer is a web application designed to allow people to search and view Article 80 development projects.

City of Boston Maps is a Geographic Information System (GIS) which allows residents, City employees and visitors to visually display city data through maps. Using our simple mapping interface you can use an ordinary web browser to access City data from a variety of departments.

City Officials Impress with Maps at 2011 ESRI Conference
At the 2011 ESRI International User Conference, representatives from the City of Boston demonstrated the City's use of GIS applications to attendees, highlighting how the applications are being used to engage citizens and improve the City's efficiency and effectiveness.
