Ingrid Beckles

Vice President, Servicing & Asset Management

Ingrid Beckles is the vice president of Servicing & Asset Management where she is responsible for developing and implementing general servicing, loss mitigation and foreclosure strategies, policies, procedures and technologies that enable Freddie Mac to mitigate and manage credit losses and effectively manage cash flows and investor reporting activity.  She has oversight of and leadership responsibilities for the following departments: Performing Loans and Non-Performing Loan Servicing, REO/property disposition, and Default Fees and Claims.

Prior to this position, Beckles was the vice president of Credit Strategy and Operations for Freddie Mac where she was responsible for establishing a new division dealing with point-of-sale operations, strategy, development of new credit initiatives and providing primary credit and risk management support to the Mortgage Services division.

Before coming to Freddie Mac, Beckles spent ten years with PNC Mortgage Corp. of America, now known as Washington Mutual Home Loans where she held a variety of positions beginning as a Regional Operations Manager and moved through the ranks to hold several executive positions in Credit Risk Management.  Her final positions were as vice president of Customer Focused Initiatives and vice president Chief Credit Officer having oversight of Credit Policy, Quality Assurance and Appraisal Policies, Regulatory Compliance and Underwriting Policies.

Prior to that, she was with Chevy Chase Savings Bank where she held various management and executive positions, her last being vice president in charge of a consolidated Quality Control, Central Processing and Policies and Procedures divisions.

Beckles holds a B.S. in Accounting & Technology and Management from the University of Maryland.
