Assist in furthering Write Boston objectives of improving writing proficiency amongst Boston’s public high school students. Coordinate a Boston Globe writing project through which Teens in Print (TIP), a newspaper written for and by teens is created. Teach and edit, coordinate/manage staff, recruit for and market the program, supervise volunteers/mentors.

Chief Archivist and Records Manager
Reporting to the Office of the BRA Executive Director/Secretary and Special Assistant to the Executive Director/Secretary & working w. Dept.Heads, the position entails both record management and archival responsibilities. Record management responsibilities include collaborating w.BRA/EDIC MIS dept, a legal team &department heads to create & implement Agency wide policies & procedures for all agency employees in order to standardize the retention and storage of both electronic and paper records. Archival responsibilities include hands on supervision of retrieving,appraising,organizing & preserving closed agency records in a state of the art records warehouse. Tasks will include employee training to standardize record retention & file closing procedures and creation of quality control and record retrieval procedures.
