Call to Visual Artists: 2012 Arts on the Arcade
Mayor Thomas M. Menino and the Mayor's Office of Arts, Tourism and Special Events, in collaboration with the Boston Redevelopment Authority, are seeking Boston visual artists and craftspeople to participate in the 2012 Arts on the Arcade. Arts on the Arcade will be Wednesdays from 11am - 3pm, July 11th - August 29th. The deadline for submission is Friday, May 11th, 2012 by 5pm.

Mayor Menino Unveils Public Art Walk
Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino unveiled the first edition of a new program - Public Art Walks. The Mayor’s Office of Arts, Tourism & Special Events, together with the Boston Art Commission, have developed the Art Walks, featuring both historic and contemporary art installations throughout the neighborhoods of Boston.
