How To Hire A Contractor
Having trouble getting started with your home repair project? Home repairs and improvements are a big investment and every homeowner wants to be sure they are getting quality work at a fair price. This free class covers the do’s and don’ts of hiring a home repair contractor. You will learn the basic necessary steps to find and hire a contractor.
Julio Fuentes is a graduate of the Preservation Carpentry Program at North Bennet Street School. In addition to leading home improvement workshops for North Bennet Street School in conjunction with Boston’s Department of Neighborhood Development, Julio teaches woodworking for the Eliot School’s School Partnership Program at Philbrick Elementary, Boston Collegiate Academy Charter, Conley Elementary School and other Boston Public Schools. For 14 years, he worked as a Construction Supervisor at The Classic Group (Burlington, MA), a design-build firm focusing on high-end construction and remodeling. Julio is currently the owner/operator of Construction Consulting Services.
