3D Progress Report

3D Membership

The heart of the 3D Program is the members. Members are entitled to discounts at hardware stores, and are notified about valuable coupons and promotions. Currently, there are 363 members participating in our program. View a map of the members.

 3D Assistance

Three-decker homeowners and homebuyers are eligible for special home purchase and home improvement programs being offered by the City of Boston. The City of Boston is currently working with 112 owners and buyers of 3D properties. As of May 1, 2013 the City has invested $1,967,924 in these properties leveraging $5.3 million in public and private investments. 3D Development

There are seven other distressed 3D properties being redeveloped by for-profit and non-profit developers through the City of Boston's affordable housing development programs. Five properties have completed construction and the other two are now in construction.
